Gabby Thomas made history by securing her first major title, winning the women’s 200m at the Paris Olympics.
The American sprinter clocked an impressive time of 21.83 seconds to claim the gold medal. Julien Alfred from Saint Lucia earned silver with a time of 22.08 seconds, while Thomas’s teammate, Brittany Brown, took bronze in 22.20 seconds.

This victory marks a significant achievement for Thomas, who previously won bronze in the same event at the Tokyo Olympics.
