Fidelis Ilechukwu

The head coach of Enugu Rangers disclosed on Wednesday that he is not contending to win the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title after defeating Ikorodu City.

The week two rescheduled match between the flying Antelope and the Oga boys ended 1-0 in favour of the visitor.

The defending champion scored in the 25th minute through a header by the captain Chinemerem from a corner kick.

Ilechukwu disclosed that he is not gunning for the title rather he is concentrating on continental tickets come the end of the season.

He also tips teams like Remo Star, and Eyimba Interaction who defeated Lobi Star two goals to one in another week-two rescheduled match and Kano Pillers and Rivers united to contend for the league.
