Karim Adeyemi names Victor Osimhen as his favourite and best African player

The impressive Karim Adeyemi of Borussia Dortmund has joined the chorus of people admiring Victor Osimhen of the Nigeria Super Eagles.

As he was observed at the Maracana Stadium in Ijegunle, Lagos, during a children’s celebration, the 21-year-old made comments in an interview conducted in Nigeria.

According to a journalist, Phatil, the Dortmund forward was asked about his favourite Nigerian or African player, and the German youngster was straightforward with his reply.

“I’ll say the best (Nigerian and African) player for me is Victor Osimhen because he plays well in his league and the Champions League; he does both very well, so he’s the best for me,” Adeyemi stated.

Osimhen, who plays for Serie A club Napoli, has become an icon at the club following an excellent performance since he joined the team from Naples.
