Nigeria still Africa’s Number One in latest FIFA Rankings

In latest FIFA/ Coca-cola Women’s World Rankings published on Friday, Nigeria are still ranked as the best footballing nation on African continent.

Globally, the Super Falcons occupy the 36th spot, similar position they attained in March series.

The West Africans are followed by African Champions Banyana Banyana of South Africa in the second position.

2023 Women’s World Cup debutants Morocco, and Zambia are third and fourth respectively.

The next global rankings will come out on 16th August, 2024 few days after climax of the summer Olympics women’s football tournament in France.
