Nigerian sprint sensation and world record holder, Tobi Amusan, has been eliminated from the Women’s 100m hurdles competition at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The reigning world champion finished third in her semi-final heat with a time of 12.55 seconds, a result that was insufficient to secure her a place in the final.

Despite the disappointment, Amusan was unable to qualify as one of the fastest losers from the other heats.
