Victor Boniface receives suspension in DFB Pokal

Super Eagles and Bayern Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface has been banned for one match in the DFB Pokal competition. 

The 23 years-old was handed one match due to anti-sporting conduct during the course of celebration Boniface demonstrate showing is middle finger they beat VFB Stuttgart on penalties shootout after 2-2 draw. 

Boniface was on the scoresheet for Bayern leverkusen scoring in the 11th minutes of the last Saturday. 

He was also fine €25K as part of sanctioned imposed on Boniface. 

He was instrumental for Xavi Alonzo side winning bundesliga without a defeat last season scoring 14 goals in 23 appearance.
