Chukwueze vows for more after maiden Serie A goal

After a rocky start of life in Italy, Nigerian forward Samuel Chukwueze finally opened his Serie A account in AC Milan’s 3-1 victory over Verona on Sunday.

Came off the bench in the 74th minute, the 24 year old needed only 5 minutes to reach the mark with a stunning volley.

Speaking to DAZN, as cited by Milan News, jubilant Chukwueze couldn’t hide his feelings after shrugging off his earlier struggles.

“ I have to continue to work hard because they took me to score goals. I trust the coach and his plans for me, i just have to stay focused and keep working hard “
