After a rocky start of life in Italy, Nigerian forward Samuel Chukwueze finally opened his Serie A account in AC Milan’s 3-1 victory over Verona on Sunday.
Came off the bench in the 74th minute, the 24 year old needed only 5 minutes to reach the mark with a stunning volley.
Speaking to DAZN, as cited by Milan News, jubilant Chukwueze couldn’t hide his feelings after shrugging off his earlier struggles.
