The table tennis championship for female secondary schools in Osun state organized by sportsgig international enter day two with some interesting matches and fantastic display by the female secondary schools students.
The day two matches continue from the day one outstanding matches which provide some participants to advance to the next round. Eight matches was played which provide the quarter finals participants results.
- Alimat Olasunkami (Oba Laoye Grammar School, Ede) (winner) 10-2, 11-1 defeated Afolabi Awanat (Baptist Girls High School, Osogbo.
- Taiwo Oyerinde (Ansar-Udeen Grammar School, (Osogbo) lost to Mary Makinwa from (Origbo Anglican Grammar school,Moro)by 11-1 , 11-3
- Olaitan Elizabeth (Ansar-Udeen Grammar School) lost to Chinnenye Okechukwu (St. David Grammar school, Ile-Ife) 11-5, 11-4
- Kabirat Bankole (NUD Grammar School, Okebaale) defeated Nafisat Abdulazeez (Osogbo Grammar school) 11-6, 12-10
- Iwalewa Woliyat (Unity School, Osogbo) lost by 11-0, 11-4 to Kazeem Fatimo (St. James Grammar School) (Winner)
- Safiriyu Mutiya (Baptist Girls High School) won by 12-3, 12-1 against Adesola Zainab (St Anthony Grammar School, Iwo)
- Hazmat Hikimat (Adventist High School, Ede) won by 11-4, 11-4 against Elizabeth Oladeji (Anglican Grammar School, Osogbo)
- Zakariyah Islamiya (Unity School, Osogbo) lost by 11-3, 11-9 to Sekoni Sofiat (NUD OkeBaale) (Winner)
The semi-finals will take place on Monday 3rd of June, 2024 which the final will kickoff immediately after the semi-finals the same day.
