La Planet Sport Academia’s Prodigy Usman Abdullahi Joins Benin Top Division Soleil FC

Another product of La Planet Sport Academia, Usman Abdullahi has completed his move to Benin Republic Top Division Side, Soleil FC.

Usman, a young and energetic player has grown through the ranks of La Planet before his sojourn to the neighboring country of Benin Republic.

“I am pleased to join this club. As a young player who is having this opportunity, I am going to maximize it and do my best for the club.

“It’s also a nice place to be. The club is really purposeful and I think it’s also a challenge for me to put on the jersey. I will work hard to justify the confidence that they have placed in me.

An emotional Usman also dedicates his new contract to his late mother whom he said gave her all the support he needed to remain steadfast in his career.

“I want to dedicate this contract to my mother who gave me all the needed support. I pray she continues to rest in peace.

Soleil FC will officially begins their new Benin Premier League campaign on Saturday day when they play against Dadje FC.

Usman joins the growing list of the Academy’s products who have now signed professional contract.
