Shooting Stars of Ibadan emerged victorious in a thrilling encounter against Kano Pillars on Matchday 29 of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

The home side, Kano Pillars, got off to a quick start with captain Rabiu Ali scoring in the second minute. However, Shooting Stars displayed resilience, clawing their way back into the game in the second half. Taiwo Murtala equalized for the Oluyole Warriors, restoring hope.

The impressive away victory under coach Gbenga Ogunbote propels Shooting Stars up the NPFL table. They currently sit in sixth position with 46 points after 29 matches played.
