The flying Eagles beat debutants South Sudan 1-0 courtesy of Sadiq Isiyaka, moving level on points ( 3) with Senegal.
Group B action winds up on Friday as Uganda tussle it out against South Sudan at University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
Nigeria and Senegal face each other at Accra Sports Stadium to determine who joins Uganda in the semis.
