Yahuza Bala is excited to score his first goal for Niger Tornadoes against Bayelsa United on matchday four of the Nigeria Premier Football League.

Yahuza Bala’s Second Half Goal Condemns Bayelsa United To Another Defeat.

Second half substitute Yahuza Bala snatched all three points for the Ikon Allah Boys when he smashed home from a well fed pass by Idris Saidu, just a quarter of an hour left before the end of the game, as the visitors proved quite difficult to break down.

The encounter which was keenly contested by both sides saw the first half end goalless

The hosts however pressed more in the second half as they enjoyed more possession and were deservedly rewarded by the 78th minute goal through Yahuza Bala.

Bayelsa United threatened more in the final minutes of the game but were unable to break down the resilient Tornadoes defense who did everything to safeguard the maximum points.

Yahuza Bala expressed satisfaction for scoring his first goal of the season in his first game of the season.

“I don’t know what to say but am happy for getting the goal in my first game of the season, I thank God for that and I promise to continue scoring,” he said.
