Boniface, Tella makes history in Bundesliga tittle win

Nigerian stars Victor Boniface and Nathan Tella lifted the Bundesliga trophy with Bayer Leverkusen, etching their names in history. 

Leverkusen secured their first-ever Bundesliga title in a unique way, ending Bayern Munich’s decade-long dominance and achieving an “invisible record” by going undefeated throughout the season.

Their treble chase continues as they remain in contention for the Europa League and DFB-Pokal finals. Boniface, despite injuries, was a goal machine with 14 goals and 8 assists in 24 appearances. 

Tella, the attacking midfielder, also played a vital role, contributing 5 goals in 24 matches.

They can still win a treble this season in the Europa League finals and DFB pokal
