Super Falcons defeat Cameroon advances to Olympic next round

Nigeria senior national football team Super Falcons of Nigeria has advanced to the next round of Paris 2024 Olympic qualifiers. 

Super Falcons defeated their counterparts from Cameroon by a lone goal after their goalless draw in Douala in Cameroon on Friday. 

Goal from Ester Okoronkwo in the 14th minutes of the first half is enough for Falcons to advance to the next round of the qualifiers match. The game was played in Moshood Abiola stadium in Abuja. 

Falcons will will face Tanzania or South Africa in the last round of the Olympic qualifier. The last round of the qualifiers will happen in April.
