Why we were eliminated from African Games- Ladan Bosso

Flying Eagles coach Ladan Bosso says he did not have time to prempare for the African games.

The team was eliminated on Friday evening after a defeat to Senegal in the last group game.

“I didn’t have enough time to scout for players, and what I did was to watch a few games in Uyo and other places.

Following the teams group stage elimination, Bosso advised: “The lesson is that we need to prepare very well for future tournaments,” Bosso asserted.

“The idea of preparing for a tournament in 13 days is really not the best. But we can take positives from the fact that some players in this squad can be nurtured for the future and possibly play for the national team.”
