EFL CUP: Ndidi Send warnings to Benin, Rwanda

Leicester City cruised to a convincing 4-0 victory over Tranmere Rovers in the second round of the EFL Cup,securing their first win under new manager Steve Cooper.

The Foxes dominated the match from the start, with Ghanaian international Jordan Ayew opening the scoring in the 38th minute with a stunning strike. Stephy Mavididi followed suit in the second half, converting a penalty to double Leicester’s lead.

Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi further extended the Foxes’ advantage with a powerful long-range goal in the 70th minute. The goal showcased the team’s attacking prowess and the impressive combination play between Ayew and Ndidi.

Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks completed the scoring in the 90th minute, sealing a dominant 4-0 win for Leicester City.
