Kwara Table Tennis Open Tournament to Kick Off August 10

A table tennis tournament, tagged Kwara Table Tennis Open open to all, including disabled participants, is set to commence in Kwara State on August 10.

This was disclosed by Moyinoluwa Bankole, the spokesperson for the organizing committee of the Kwara Table Tennis Open. The tournament is designed to be inclusive, fostering unity and showcasing the talents of both able-bodied and disabled players.

“The concept of the program is to encourage generations and showcase the talents of all participants, especially the disabled,” Bankole said.

“All sessions for the disabled will be staged to highlight their skills and to motivate them.”

The tournament promises a competitive atmosphere with 28 overall winners across various categories. There will be first and second-place prizes, as well as joint third-place awards to recognize a wider range of participants.

Registration for the Kwara Open Table Tennis Tournament will begin on August 10.
