NPFL: Sporting Lagos will beat anybody – Ndidi declares

Ahead of Nigeria Premier Football League clash between Sporting Lagos and Kwara United, Sporting Lagos midfielder, Henry Ndidi believes his side can challenge any team in the League.

Sporting Lagos is making its maiden appearance in the NPFL after securing promotion from the Nigeria National League season.

The club returned to winning ways in the clash against Niger Tornadoes on Sunday after a three-game barren run.

Ndidi declared that they will keep working hard to pick a continental ticket.

“We are capable of beating anyone, anywhere,” he told the NPFL troll.

“We know we can be more compact as a group, we know it will be very tough.

“We are winning games again now but know we can defend better and attack better. because I am sure other top teams in the division will both find their form and everyone will have to fight to the very end.

“So the more games we can win now, the better – and where better to start than at Kwara United?”
