Coach Musashiru Confident as Hammola FC Gearing Up for Key Matches

Hammola International Football Club’s head coach, Jamiu Musashiru Dekunle, is preparing his team for a crucial week.

They face two challenging matches: first, against Igbajo United in the Nationwide League One on Tuesday, April 30th (not 31st) at Osogbo Township Stadium, followed by a Presidential Federation Cup clash against Beyond Limits (National League side) on May 1st at Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.

Coach Musashiru acknowledges the difficulty of their first match against Igbajo United, who currently leads the league with 12 points (Hammola sits at 9 points in second).

However, he expresses optimism and believes his team is well-prepared to secure a victory.

While speaking to NAIRA SPORTS, he said “Igbajo United are leading in our group, and by the grace of God we are winning tomorrow, my players are intact for the battle, we’re emerging as the winner tomorrow.”

Coach Jamiu Musashiru Dekunle also expressed his appreciation for the unwavering support from Hammola International Football Club’s management throughout the Nationwide League One season and the Federation Cup campaign.

Looking ahead to the Federation Cup match against Beyond Limits, Coach Musashiru highlighted the team’s dedication since qualifying. He instilled confidence, emphasizing their commitment to winning the cup.

He said, “The entire management of our team has prepared ahead against any opponent they might face during the process”. Hammola International Football Club was the runner-up in the Osun Federation Cup where Osun United defeated them by 1 goal to nil.
