‘Go and make Ogun Proud’ – Sports commissioner charges as Team Ogun set for  National Youth Games 

Ogun state sports commissioner, Hon Wasiu Isiaka has charged the state contingents to showcase their talents.

Over 300 contingents departed for Asaba, Delta State on Tuesday, to represent the Gateway State at the National Youth Games.

The Team Ogun contingent will compete in an impressive 28 sports.

“We are confident that Team Ogun will make the state proud and showcase the talent and dedication of our young athletes,” said the Commissioner for Sports Development while addressing the athletes at the departure

The National Youth Games, is Nigeria’s premier sporting event for young athletes, that provides a platform for talents to be discovered.
