Nigerians throw shade at Ghana after Boniface celebration

Fourteen minutes on turf, Nigeria forward Victor Boniface stole the show over country rival, Mohammed Kudus in a Europa League quarter-final bout played on Thursday.

Moments after Kudus’s withdrawal, substitute Boniface doubled the lead for Bayern Leverkusen against English representatives, West Ham.

In vibrant mood, the 23 year old also went ahead to reproduce Kudus’ signature celebration in his presence.

The action drew a lot of reactions online, with a cross-section of Nigerian neitzens trolling Ghanians inform of banter.

Making a comeback, Boniface initially started the contest on bench before his introduction in the 76th minute for Czech international, Patrick Schick.

This was his first goal since return and fifth in the European competition this season.

A two nil goal advantage means Alonso’s side are one foot into the semi-finals, extending their unbeaten run to 42 games.
