Southwestern derby: Shooting seeks first NPFL win against Remo Stars

The NPFL week six game will witness the second South western derby between two arch-rivals Remo stars and Shooting Stars in Ikenne. 

Remo Stars are set to host Shooting Stars at the Ikenne Township Stadium.

For Shooting Stars of Ibadan, who are currently second on the table, they will be plotting to pick their second consecutive away point after their barren draw with Akwa United last month. 

Meanwhile, a win for Remo Stars today takes them to either the first or second  position since they are presently in the third position with nine points. 

The Ogunbote boys will be building on their 100 percent home performance having recorded comeback wins in their last two home matches.

Moreso, 3SC are yet to win any game both home and away to the Ikenne-based side.The two have met five times, of which Remo Stars recorded two victories and both sides sharing spoils in the other three.
