NFF wrote, “Players and officials of the Nigeria U15 team, Future Eagles, have been denied visas by the Spanish Embassy and will therefore not be travelling to take part in the UEFA U16 Development Tournament starting on Friday.”
Originally slated to depart on Tuesday for Spain, the Future Eagles were primed to compete against formidable opponents including Belgium on Friday, April 12 (8pm), Italy on Sunday, April 14 (8pm), and England on Wednesday, April 17 (1pm).
