AlHassan Yusuf missed the Super Eagles training session as he continues his recovery from the injury that ruled him out of the game against Equatorial Guinea.
The Royal Antwerp midfielder delivered an impressive performance until he was substituted in the second half of the game in Abidjan. AlHassan underwent a scan for the injury from the Super Eagles’ camp, and as of the report filing, the results are pending.

Victor Osimhen was also not present at the training session but participated in the evening’s recovery and gym session, despite his absence.
Speaking to the press after the game, Yusuf AlHassan stated that it was just a cramp, expressing optimism about rejoining the team for the upcoming match against the host, Cote d’Ivoire, on Thursday.
Terem Moffi, who recently joined the team, actively participated in the training session, alongside Kelechi Iheanacho and Paul Onuachu.
Jose Pesiero’s side will undergo a closed-door session, fine-tuning their plans for the highly anticipated clash on Thursday at 6 pm.
